Age Verification: gfplay reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold any pending withdrawals pending age and identity verification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within 30 days may result in permanent account closure.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active gfplay account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited. gfplay employs technical and manual verification processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, gfplay reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances, bonuses, and pending withdrawals without notice.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration, including your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address, an active Philippine mobile number, and your true date of birth. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of the registered details change. gfplay accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gfplay account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. gfplay will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to gfplay support immediately.
gfplay is required under PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification for all accounts requesting withdrawals. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as SSS, PhilHealth, UMID, Driver's License, Passport, or Voter's ID) upon request. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification will have their withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.
gfplay accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, UnionBank Online, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven (Over-the-Counter), InstaPay, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at gfplay's discretion. All Philippine Peso (PHP) transactions are processed at face value with no currency conversion fees.
The minimum deposit amount on gfplay is ₱100. Minimum deposit amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction. gfplay does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees as per their standard terms.
All funds deposited by players are held in designated player fund accounts, separated from gfplay's operational funds. This segregation ensures that player balances are protected in the ordinary course of business. Deposited funds are not interest-bearing.
Currency: All gfplay accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All balances, bets, wins, and transaction statements are displayed in PHP.
Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered under your own name and identity — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. gfplay reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal and return funds to a player's account balance pending satisfactory verification.
gfplay processes withdrawal requests within the following timeframes from the time of request approval: GCash and Maya withdrawals — instant to 30 minutes for verified accounts; Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank) — 30 minutes to 24 hours during banking hours; InstaPay — within 1 hour. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply based on your account's KYC verification level and VIP tier. Players who have accepted bonus funds are subject to bonus wagering requirements before withdrawal of any portion of their balance derived from bonus play.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by gfplay are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are published on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for gfplay deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
Bonuses are available to one person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. gfplay reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or void bonuses and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has created multiple accounts, exploited promotional terms, or engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus funds and free spins awarded by gfplay expire 30 days after issuance unless a different period is specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.
All games available on gfplay are governed by individual game rules published by the respective game providers. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific game's rules, the game-specific rules prevail with respect to that game.
gfplay uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all applicable games. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure game outcomes are random and unmanipulated. Live casino games are conducted using real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by professionally trained dealers in certified studio environments.
In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnection, server error, or game crash — gfplay's decision on the outcome of any affected bets is final, subject to any applicable game provider determination. Bets that were placed and accepted before a technical malfunction are generally honoured.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. gfplay's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their gfplay account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
gfplay does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service disruptions may periodically affect access. gfplay shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of Platform unavailability caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts, unless the matter falls within the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR, in which case PAGCOR's applicable dispute resolution procedures shall be followed in the first instance.
Players are encouraged to contact gfplay's customer support in the first instance to attempt to resolve any dispute. gfplay commits to responding to formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR or the applicable Philippine court.
gfplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the gfplay Platform not less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.
Your continued use of gfplay following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using gfplay and may request withdrawal of your available balance in accordance with the withdrawal procedures set out in Section 5.
